Potters Villa

Take a Tour

Pottery Retreat residents stay at the Potters Villa during their time here. The villa is a small building towards the far end of the property; it faces the orchard and is a two-minute walk from the studio. It can house 8 residents at any given time. The villa is a cozy space with all rooms opening onto a central lounge where residents get together for meals, music and socializing with other residents.

The Lounge

The Potters Villa has a warm, welcoming central lounge that all the rooms open into. Enjoy this space for your meals, resting and interaction with other guests.

The Rooms

All rooms are air-conditioned and comfortably furnished. Each room has an attached bathroom and a large picture window that opens onto a private porch. Rooms are cleaned, the linen changed, and supplies replenished on request.

The Pantry

The Potters Villa has a small pantry equipped with essential crockery, cutlery, toaster, tea/coffee station and a refrigerator. Residents are welcome to use the pantry to fix a snack and get tea, and coffee.

The Laundry

A small laundry room with a washing machine and detergent powder is provided, along with an ironing board. Residents could request a load of laundry, which is chargeable at Rs. 500 per load.

Organic Kitchen Garden

We maintain a large organic vegetable patch for fresh vegetables and most of the meals served are organic. We welcome you to enjoy fruit directly from the orchard trees.

In the Open

Aura has lots of open spaces and a walking path that circles the entire property, perfect for that morning walk or a jog. Large lawns invite you for a stroll in the evenings. There is an open-air swimming pool which the residents are welcome to use from 6 am to 8 am and 6 pm to 8 pm.
