Cancellation Policy

Please note that Aura Pottery’s endeavours are limited to a small number of attendees to allow for a more personable, intimate experience. Our cancellation policy is in place to help guests and us alike to work together within the framework of a certain amount of flexibility.

All program fees are non-refundable, but can be credited and deferred to a later date if informed 10 days prior to the commencement of the concerned booking, as per the following:

• All cancellations should be made in writing
• Pottery Retreats: Can be deferred up to a period of 3 months for Indian nationals and 6 months for foreign nationals.
• International Retreats: The following cancellation charges will be payable –

     If cancellation is received more than 60 days prior to arrival: 20%.
     If cancellation is received from 60 days to 31 days prior to arrival: 50%.
     If cancellation is received less than 31 days prior to arrival: 100%

• Pottery Courses: Can be deferred up to a period of 3 months for Indian nationals and 6 months for foreign nationals.
• Pottery Workshops: Cannot be refunded or rescheduled once booked.
• Ceramic Residency: All cancellations post fee deposit should be made in writing. The following cancellation charges will apply:
  If cancellation is received more than 60 days prior to arrival: 20%
  If cancellation is received from 60 days to 31 days prior to arrival: 50%
  If cancellation is received less than 31 days prior to arrival: 100%
