Cancellation Policy

Aura Pottery’s endeavours are limited to a small number of attendees to allow for a more personable, intimate experience. 

Our cancellation policy is in place to help guests and us alike work together within the framework of a certain amount of flexibility.

• Pottery Workshops: Cannot be refunded or rescheduled once booked.
• Pottery Retreats: Can be deferred up to a period of 12 months from the date of booking. All cancellations should be made in writing at hello@aurapottery.com
