We're looking for Studio Collaborators
Aura Pottery offers an opportunity for Ceramics Artists/Potters to collaborate with our Ceramic Studio, share our space, material and equipment to create with clay. We promote the spirit of working in collaboration to achieve a synergy that gives a unique vision to this art form.
The Collaboration is based on an agreement between the collaborator and Aura where the former can make use of the studio space in exchange of work for the studio. The duration of the collaboration will be for a minimum of 12 months.
Required Skills:
- Adept at wheel throwing
- Understanding of hand-building techniques
- Understanding of studio production process
- Glaze making and application
- Kiln firing process
- Teamwork within the studio
- Teaching Skills
- Studio management
Desirable Soft Skills:
- An attitude of commitment and exploration
- Excellent communication
- Friendly demeanor
- Good at guest interaction
- Willingness to multitask
Studio Offering:
- Use of all equipment in the studio
- Use of clay, glaze material and kilns

Stay Offering:
- Boarding on sharing basis
